zzZZZ These 2 months.... the 1st thing I did when I wake up is on com in the morning... usually its to play games and surf net... but now the 1st thing I do is to check my gmail to confirm my work for the rest of the day... SAD LIFE!!!!

Anyway... feeling a bit fed up with my work right now cause i cant do my job well due to the frequent interruption to do out transcripts for the students... Doing it is part of my job scope but can they pls pass me all at 1 shot and don make me do a few each day? Its super disturbing... cause when I am focusing on doing room scheduling(My bread and butter) I will received call to generate transcripts... and the call is like this: "Can help me generate transcripts for blah blah blah NOW ... Eh I not very free de hor.... Now i working part time not full time... 1 day I only got 6 hours work time.... And I have to do Shifting of tables and chairs, setting up for night Exam... doing invigilation at night... where got time do so much stuff

Basically My Job Scope include:

1) Operations

2) Mover (Help to shift stuff to new campus)

3) IT Support (Set up for rooms without com or got problem...although new campus doesn't need to do this too much)

4) Payment Voucher (Financial matters for lecturers and Hotel Meridien)

5) Liaise with lecturers (Contract, ask for exam paper, ask for course material)

6) Bridging Exam Paper reformatting...

7) Lots of admin stuff

8) Lots of other miscellaneous

9) Many more la

zzZZZ Well my colleague job scope is basically more Jiat Lat than me by 4 times.... So I shouldnt complaint anyway... zzZZ But just type here to let some F***er know that my Job only looks easy on the outside not the inside... OR Maybe I just SUCKS... wadever
