FAT! I grew fatter by 5kg!!! Trainee Period 76Kg, now 81 Kg! Holy Cow!
Actuall 81Kg still makes me in acceptable weight range but I will still look fat cause that extra 5 Kg is fats and not muscule weight. Arg! My training effort always seems to be obstructed with me sprain-ing my leg and going for wisdom tooth Opt. =(
Any old way! 120 crunches will be embeded into my daily rountine (Usually do before dinner =D
