Due to my sometimes busy and sometimes slack schedule in my work life, I manage to get lots of time today. And Thus, I decided to work on my calories diet programme to reduce my weight back again!

I found out my daily Calories burn rate is 2500. I indicated my age, weight, height and activities level in a calculator and got this figures.

Anyway, I found out a 2000 kcal Diet plan and if I follow this, I can lose 1 Pound per Week!
Ok 1 pound = 453g = 0.4 Kg, Which means I will be able to reduce 1 Kg per month theoretically.

If I am more hardworking, I can walk up my stairs (13 floors mind you!) which will take maybe 8 mins or so. This will reduce 90 calories!

Cycling for 15 mins to the swimming pool will burn 171 calories plus swimmig for 30 mins will burn 257 Calories. If every sunday i go swim I can burn 428 calories in the morning alone.

Fun Fact # 1 :

Building up muscule makes you lose more fats than running because when you are training, you lose calories than the muscule you gained helps you burn fats also. =D
